Supporting Workplace Mental Health for You & Your Team
This virtual workshop is presented by: Not 9 to 5
As leaders, we can’t pour from an empty cup. To make a substantial impact on workplace mental health, we must first prioritize our own well-being. Join us for a virtual workshop with Hassel Aviles, Founder of Not 9 To 5, as she guides you through the importance of self-check-ins for leaders and equips you with the resources needed to create a workplace that prioritizes mental wellness for you and your team.
Hassel Aviles has spent over two decades in the hospitality and foodservice industry, working in restaurants, event production, and entrepreneurship. In 2018, after years of struggling with mental illness and workplace trauma, she co-founded Not 9 To 5, a non-profit dedicated to empowering service workers like herself. Her vocation to supporting the people of foodservice has grown exponentially, leading her to create industry-specific solutions and support for workplace mental health in the hospitality industry and beyond.
Attendees will leave with:
- Empathy-Driven Leadership Skills: Insights into how empathetic leadership can create a supportive and thriving work environment.
- Actionable Resources: Access to valuable FREE resources from Not 9 To 5 and Green Shield Cares to help implement mental wellness initiatives in your workplace.
